Agreed. Having a dipa after making sticky chicken wings md now a Thai red curry.
The sauce for the wings was the best I’ve ever made (not my words)

I wouldn’t brew and drink (alcohol and large volumes of boiling liquid do not mix) or bake and drink for that matter, but curry of all kinds is far more forgiving, that or with enough beer anything would taste good. Also sticky chicken wings seem like they would go perfectly with a beer
