Ethics Gradient, a Vienna Lager and The Pilsner of Azkaban, an NZ Pils.

The bitter with Chevallier, it's almost there. A few tweaks and I think I will have the house bitter. One of them swapping Golden promise for Chevallier.

One of these next, it's much smoother than mine. Maybe the nitrogen helps, similar aroma though and it's a bit lighter in colour.
