You had me at turkey sludge.
Happy New Year.
Turkey sludge soup is a SWMBOd's family tradition.
All done in a pressure cooker:
Turkey carcass stock using lightly fried onion, garlic and celery (not obligatory),
Potatoes cooked in the stock, mashed in when soft,
Herbs and seasoning,
Stripped Turkey carcass meat added and heated through.
Dash of milk stirred in just before serving.
Voila, Turkey sludge soup.🍲🥣🥖
