I pitch direct onto the previous batches slurry and I keg that batch the evening before. I don't dry hop in the FV and pressure ferment, yeast slurry is left at 5psi after the transfer. No idea if that's relevant or makes a difference but its what I do and hasn't failed me yet. I do this 4 times and then dump clean and restart...why 4? No idea, again this routine suits me and works so why deviate?
