Not brewed for a while but still got a few kegs holding out, made this Challenger & Chinook steam beer in December

Nelson Sauvin & Riwaka Pilsener kegged ten weeks ago. Initial hop harshness
now mellowing a little, though I like the bitterness I'll dial back the NS next time.

Getting a taste for Leffe blonde. I started making a recipe last year, maybe it'll be my next brew after a reorganisation of my shed and brewing area.

Friday IPA. (I know)

Very malty and very hoppy. Liking it a lot

We were out for posh nosh in the smoke for my birthday.

Ordered one of these and it was lovely, considering I don't generally like IPA / hoppy ales. So good that my and my mate ordered a big one.

Rock n Roll by Baladin from Italy. 7.5%

Not looked it up yet but I'm going to guess this is what I'd expect a brut IPA to taste like.

Sweet, fizzy, hoppy. Really nice.
