OK one more and then I’ll try some more of those beers my daughter sent me.
Happy Friday lovelies! Jim just got home so we’re having a glass of my NEIPA. We’d better slow down with it though as we’ve drunk 6L of it already since it was kegged and there’ll be none left for my son when he comes back from Budapest

Me too!Not the first time I’ve heard that
American Amber - 5.4%, 35IBU, hopped with centennial and citra. What's the I break for llamas?
You can never be too careful!A half of bitter. Testing before sending off to @Hazelwood Brewery to ensure I got rid of the carbonic bite from over carbing. Might need to try another as I think I'm still detecting a hint of it ?

Any excuse for another but especially with an expert bitter brewer such as @Hazelwood BreweryYou can never be too careful!
Nah! Enter your beer often enough and at some point you’ll be the only entry in your category!Any excuse for another but especially with an expert bitter brewer such as @Hazelwood Brewery
What yeast did you use?On to the bitter, still much too hazy. Might be time to order the floating dip tube and start using Irish moss again. Or possible crash cool to 1c?
