American Amber - 5.4%, 35IBU, hopped with centennial and citra.

Came out rather well.

A half of bitter. Testing before sending off to @Hazelwood Brewery to ensure I got rid of the carbonic bite from over carbing. Might need to try another as I think I'm still detecting a hint of it ?

We’re having a drop of Jim’s brew. This is the 5am Saint that he got from DIY Dog. It’s very malty and I love things that smack you in the face with malt. So good!

I had my doubts about this one - well founded as it happens! The first sip is really nice, by the third sip the novelty has worn off and it’s just a bit weird. It is strongly flavoured of watermelon ( like a watermelon version of Parma violets) and is very fresh tasting as a result but is it beer? Not so much, for me.
