First taste of the cml easy does it ipa 3 days in the keg, first is a slight malty in the back ground taste then the the first gold hits you like a smack round the chops, this is going to be good, another great ag kit from cml

Bit late to the party but after a warm cycle last night a couple pints of butty Bach went down well. Very nice on cask

Sample from the fermentor of my Mild despite the photo it’s actually closer to a deep reddish brown than black. Taste wise well it’s at about 30°C (fermented with Kveik) so hard to say for certain but no detectable off flavours actually possibly a tad cleaner than I would like but on the whole hopping it will be fairly good once cooled down to a more acceptable temperature and fully carbonated.

Belle-vue was the one that I was brought up on, but I prefer Lindemans now. Mort-subite is a pretty good second.

Early start and early knock off today, cooling down with the last of my Hallertau Mittelfruh Steam Pilsener.
Got a batch of this brewed with Lalbrew Diamond lager yeast ready to keg in the brewfridge.

I’ve just got back from shopping and been thinking about my bitter all the time I was out. This pint is not going to last very long!

This is still going strong, It’s a mixture of EKG, Target, Vic Secret & El Dorado it still smells lovely and Tropical after all this time, don’t think it need the EKG a tad too bitter. I’m going to say the style is a S(hropshire)NEIPA
