Mangrove Jack's Grapefruit IPA

Just about to make this for the second time and realised I don't have the brew enhancer.
Can I add ordinary sugar? 1 Kg or 1.2 Kg ?

Ps: I liked it a lot; anyone else's opinion appreciated.

I've only done the Cold IPA (craft series as well) and I just used 1kg of regular table sugar. I realise that's frowned upon, but it tasted fantastic and didn't taste or feel dried out. Would like to do a side-by-side between DME/BE/sugar.

It's a beautiful pint - still one of the best extract kits around.

Personally, I would always use DME or LME though - and if I order from Dark Rock I always use their enhancer, which is excellent stuff. For the sake of £4/£5, I think you get a much better result.
