Pick up a twin down draught carb'ed V8 6.8l Chevy and cruise into the sunset

It was the Chevy that I was having issues with.

I have never had that one

Nor me - picked it up in a local independent bottle shop. Apparently a sort of post-WW1 style Saison brewed with hops commonly used back then but rarely now. It was delicious.

I am brewing for the first time this year. Rust bucket always helps. Brewing an amber ale with challenger and first gold. Just using what I have in stock

This is an interesting beer, black lager. Partigyle from an imperial stout. The white hag are consistently very good and like to push the boundaries.

Last night had beers then the whole bottle of 'Stralian Chardonnay to myself.

1st my CADB,
End of cask, so slow flow, no head, nice and bitter.

Next up my Kent Gold ale with my individual steak with chestnut mushrooms, in every variety of umami sauce you can think of.

Feeling much better for it.
