What's it like
It’s excellent. I’ll post more detailed feedback tomorrow, I’ve been travelling since 9.30 yesterday so just had one before moving on to Founders All Day Vacay session wheat beer, with its friendlier 4.5% ABV.
I haven’t had a real one before but I have had a clone brewed by @ssashton and he came very close.

Is that like their version of Italian Pils?
Yes it is, it tastes a lot like westbound and downs Italian pils. Russian river uses Aramis and WB uses halertauer Blanc. They are very similar though the main difference may be the bottle conditioning RR does?

Forgot about this keg of Belgian Dubbel...

They new up to 4 different beers using parti gyles at Fuller's, namely ESB, London Pride, Chiswick Bitter and Golden Pride.

Looks like they are doing 1 x ESB, 2 X London Pride and 1x Chiswick Bitter

I could be wrong but I think they get 3 parti-gyles with it, esb, london pride and chiswick bitter.
I looked at it again on my tablet I can get in closer, it is 4 beers they are making.
Mash tun 1 an ESB and London Pride Gyle. Mash tun 2 London pride and Chiswick Bitter Gyle.
Interesting stuff would love to know the whole process.

Yeah I was wondering if they combine the two london pride batches into one, on the left they list the 3 final production amounts.

That's what i was thinking it must be a popular drink. I checked out the SRM of the ESB and London Pride and the ESB is darker because it would have used up the colour from the chocolate malt. But the 2nd mash tun had the same amount of chocolate as the 1st mash tun so the must mix them or they would end up with two different coloured London Pride.
Would be fascinating to learn more.

Starting today with a Best Bitter after several heavy days with lots of family and friends. Eldest daughter got married in Jamaica earlier this year and this weekend she had a wedding party in this country - actually the same size and effort as a full on wedding just without the religious/legal bit. Then loads of family round mine for beers and BBQ the day after for those living local and staying over.

Only BBE 05.01.2022.
Loaded with dry Vic Secret, Motueka and Enigma hops.
No wonder it is still a juicy fruity hoppy NEIPA when it's 6 months out of date. 🍺
And it's 6.4%, which I always think helps preserve.
Hops and alcohol, what could be better?!
Interestingly, I just gave it a swirl before a sup, and I smelt that 'fresh green hop flower rubbed between your palms then sniffed' aroma.
Stunning from a 6 months OOD beer.
I wonder which of the essential hop oils that is down to.

Planted out all of my spuds, moved some Bok Choy into bigger pots and had a stubby of Sparkling Ale clone.

3 bottles left of my Ella bittered IPA, sunk this one while cooking Veal liver, by the way liver is tasty cooked on the barbie, not many people know that. Some liver left for Brecky tomorrow.

Time to try my latest IPA, a long neck bittered with a shed load of Target, very bitter but it will mellow and still tastes green. Bottled on the 15th July.
