I enjoyed and learnt a lot from these in the past but purposely sat out last year as I wanted to focus on repeating a few styles to really dial in my processes and recipes.
I'd be up for doing 1 or 2 this year though if there was sufficient interest.

What styles tickle everyone’s fancy. I wanted to do an American Amber, but would be happy with a Brown too. A super hoppy Cold IPA was also on my to brew list.

AA or AB potential for me as well.
Others on my planner that haven’t quite tipped over into action yet are chocolate porter and Wadworth Swordfish (bitter with rum addition. Is that even a category? Beer with spirit adjunct?).

Brown ale would be nice, I don't get many of those. Might be interested in a porter as my friend is wanting be to brew a historical London porter. Less keen on new faddy versions of IPA , but a traditional English IPA might be nice
My other choice would either be a Sour or a Fruit Beer, combine the 2 for a Fruited Sour 
Brown Ale/Mild and a light/Large style brew would be my suggestions. Maybe a pilsner style??

Just leaving work, I'll have a think on the cycle home. Quite like the Pilsner idea tbh.
Just having a look at the BJCP guidelines, we've done quite a lot of the ones I fancy, I would go with a Pilsner (of some sort) or a Belgian Storng Dark Ale.
I'd be interested in doing either an American Amber or a NZ Pilsner. Just done a Helles so already well stocked for a more traditional pale lager.
