😎 Your quest, should you accept it, is to clear the keg before the weekend.
We will of course deny any knowledge should you be discovered in the attempt.
Good luck.

Never mind deny any knowledge, I'm close to forgetting about it. 4 pints of 6.4% (I'm a light weight drinker) AIPA in and its still going. I had "estimated" 1-2 pints and I would be in bed. 😂

The other brewdog. It’s quite similar to the Buxton Collab.

Looks good, what was your recipe for that one? Reckon some of these golden ales going round next month will be pretty good.
That's my recipe
2.5kg pilsner
2.5kg light Maris otter
200g wheat

Short 30 min boil
20g harlequin@10 mins
50g harlequin@flameout
50g harlequin@dryhop

I used CML Pia yeast, maybe not the best selection but that's what I had

On a totally different subject, what do you call the end slice of a loaf of bread 🍞
I assumed that everyone called it the heel, but apparently not 🤨

NIce, Pia might not be the traditional choice but it'll be crisp and show off the hops so I reckon it'll be fine.

It's called a heel in our house+1
