The bar is now open!

Starting with a pint of my Premium Bitter that I bottled for the Great British Beer Festival. It’s nicely carbonated for me (somewhere between cask and bottled, nearer bottled). I wonder if it might be just a little too fruity and it has a touch of haze.

Saison. I honestly though the keg was going to mug me off with a half pint but fair play, I got a full pint.

Brewday done and kit packed away. Franziskaner Weissbier before sorting tea. I don't drink a lot of this style but I do like it - especially when it's this hot. Memories of the Englischer Garten in Munich many beers ago.

Day's home duties done, bike rear wheel broken spokes replaced, wheel trued and puncture mended. Late pm cycle ride achieved. Now a lovey hoppy North Brewing Co. Analogue Set Hazy IPA 6.7%. BBE 24.12.2021.Talus hops. Very refreshing.

A little bit of a catchup.
The Dortmunder pils QC was Sat. evening and very refreshing and light.
Then the juicy red wine (Lidl) went well with SWMBOd's sweet and sour pork.
Sorry, no photos for Sunday as we were entertaining and it was all a bit hurried, all bought white wine.
The Ned Sav. Blanc pre, and a Macon blanc with the roast chicken.
It can be a hard life!
