Schwarzbier next, again first pint from the keg. It’s difficult to see but this pint is a little murky too if I hold a light under the glass. As with the Weiss, the flavour is still good.

Classic Belgium, it hides 6.6% very well, if you like vanilla it is spot on

Just dry hopped my Italian pilsner.

Spent a bit of time in a warm garage sorting the bikes out to go away on Saturday. Didn't know what take (opted for the the MTB). But got very hot and bothered so thought I would grab a shower and beer.


First I needed to tasted my coffee stout. Very strong coffee but nice and smooth. Will leave it condition longer.


Then a pint of my German pilsner. So refreshing.
