Last beer tonight
West coast IPA hopped with Strata, Amarillo & Ahtanum

Leg of lamb for dinner tonight, preparing the veg while enjoying an ESB, going to enjoy another while making the rub of Dijon mustard, Rosemary, Thyme, garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Probably another 1 or 2 while roasting.

It’s the husbands birthday today and he’s been busy brewing ‘5am Saint’ which he got from DIY Dog. It’s a lovely colour. Looking forward to that one!

Apparently the kids have had enough BBQ the last few days. Looks like I’m cooking the chicken on this then.

Saison made with Aurora, Saaz and provably far more honey than I should have done, which has given it a Sudo mead like flavour, luckily I like Mead so a, fully on board with that.

In the garden with a Coopers Irish Stout 14 months in the bottle.

Knocking back a few glasses of Elderflower wine, fermented out dry and sugar primed in the keg.
Not quite as much fizz as I'd like yet but fantastic floral aroma and flavour.
Got a demi john left to mature.
