I’m having a Weissbier. This one is an Erdinger because I’ve not got mine on tap yet. I bought a couple of others while shopping today too so I’ll enjoy those shortly. I also bought a trio of Faith because my IPA isn’t on tap yet either.

It used to have a mice resinous flavour but just tasted like a very fizzy bland bitter. I let it warm up still no good

Couple of questions.

Wouldn't it be better to remove the salad tray to allow the heat to flow better?

Also do you manage to seal the fridge with those cables?

1. Didn't think of that as it fits nice (will go check if it'll stay put without the tray)
2. yes, they go through the very bottom, same as the big fridge we have
3. British Golden Ale for the summer swap thingy

I agree with your heat circulation idea so I’ve removed the salad bin but the shelf will need to stay put to balance the all-rounder on.

I’ve put on a picture for you of how the wires sit. Excuse the manky old fridge. I got it on eBay for 99p

Another Weissbier. This is better. I think I might be going off Erdinger Weissbier because it’s too bland. There’s almost no clove, no banana, and very little wheat character!

This one is more flavoursome although the clove is a little too dominant for me. I think I might still prefer it to the Erdinger though because it has flavour.
