My English IPA which tastes a darn sight better than it looks. Stubborn beastie isn’t clearing .
Could work well with the Nelson.. maybe only 1.5g/per litre dry hop though otherwise it might be to much hop character for the style I did 2.8g/per litre with Saphir& spalt select but recon Nelson will be more pungent at that level.I am on the Fence as usual but it's looking magnum to bitter, Styrian goldings and hersbucker late on. I am tempted to add Nelson sauvin as a dry hop maybe 50g.
What's your opinion, the grain bill is simple. 5kg of Eraclea malt.
Lovely beer. Wasn’t that price in my local TescoVocation IPA. Turns out it was only 70p a tin.

I agree @samale 50g of Nelson is more a hoppy lager or cold ipa than an Italian pils.Could work well with the Nelson.. maybe only 1.5g/per litre dry hop though otherwise it might be to much hop character for the style I did 2.8g/per litre with Saphir& spalt select but recon Nelson will be more pungent at that level.
I only have 30g of Nelson left. I will have a think about it over the next week or so. I have other hops in stock as well. Saaz is a possibilityI agree @samale 50g of Nelson is more a hoppy lager or cold ipa than an Italian pils.
However it will still be delicious if you do.
