Snap!Just finished @pilgrimhudd Saison
Really nice beer, high carbonation I had to be quick on pouring, very good clarity.
This hides the high abv well, good job

I’ve well overheated after the commute back from Dublin and a lamb dhansak from my local curry house. What better way to cool off than a saison, this one brewed by @pilgrimhudd.
It’s got bags of clove and spice yeast character sitting on a bready sweet malt base. The hop character is spicy and earthy with a bit of a floral character, something noble possibly?
Its the perfect pint for right now, cheers , i could chug a load these no bother. At 7% it’s probably for the best that there’s only one of them.

My Amazon buy. A bargain at £10.80 for 8.
What hops are you using in your Pils?A small half pint of my golden ale. Mashing in an Italian pilsner

I am on the Fence as usual but it's looking magnum to bitter, Styrian goldings and hersbucker late on. I am tempted to add Nelson sauvin as a dry hop maybe 50g.What hops are you using in your Pils?
