What was your water profile Mick?

I’ve got pretty much “lager water” (my local microbrewery reckons the 2 reservoirs that serve Dundee are close to Pilsen water). Found a profile posted on here a while back and used the calculator on Jim’s to add what I needed.

This is the profile I saw on here and copied the image:

Time for a change. An ipa with citra and simcoe. There is a bit of cara rye in it and the spicy flavour shines through and the crystal 120 gives a bit of a malty note . Hops are a bit subdued but the malt shines.
Good match with the bratwurst sausage flavour crisps

Just finished my latest ..west coast IPA with Columbus, Amarillo & Citra.. promising after 5 days in the keg.

Followed up with a Belgian pale

A Dunkel and a cask pale

Stinking hot day here today, had to break out something I can drink ice cold. Kolsch, not particularly keen on the stuff, but it does what it is supposed to do, quench a thirst. To me this is the Colonel Sanders of beer, when you've had a few you wished you hadn't bothered.
Nice head and lacing, plus easy to drink in this heat.
Also notice the terrarium made from an expired PET fermenter.
