I’ve got pretty much “lager water” (my local microbrewery reckons the 2 reservoirs that serve Dundee are close to Pilsen water). Found a profile posted on here a while back and used the calculator on Jim’s to add what I needed. What was your water profile Mick?

I bloody love a Bratwurst!Time for a change. An ipa with citra and simcoe. There is a bit of cara rye in it and the spicy flavour shines through and the crystal 120 gives a bit of a malty note . Hops are a bit subdued but the malt shines.
Good match with the bratwurst sausage flavour crisps View attachment 61622View attachment 61623
They have the flavour down to a tee. As close as you can get to a German sausage without the sausageI bloody love a Bratwurst!
