A lovely life & death clone from @dan125 a great beer as usual. Low bitterness, great flavour and very Moorish.

Besides the HB Jester pale ale and tangerine ipa in the cellar, treated myself to these beauties for this evening.

The cantillon is going to be decanted carefully so I can rescue the yeast and make a starter from it.

Not a good start to tonight's session

First I tried the pale from Electro - straight down the drain. Not had a good beer from them which is a shame. Not heard much from them since I bought actually.

Then I had this brew dog made cloudwater from Tesco. Just as bad but I am trying to persist with it, for now

Brown ale from @phildo79. Deep rich and malty. I have to keep reminding myself it’s nearly 7%, I could polish this off in a heartbeat.

Yeah, I’ve not been very impressed with those Cloudwater collab beers. One or two not bad but none great.

Next a pint of an ordinary bitter I brewed a few weeks ago. I wasn’t overly impressed with it at that time and although the flavour seems to have improved with time it’s still a bit thin and that’s not going to improve. I’ll keep it until I need the keg.
