Schlosser Altbier - first Altbier I can remember trying. Pretty good. Amber maltiness is there but not obtrusive. Overall its crisp and bright. Could see this going down well in a German bar with some proper food. What's the wurst that could happen?

Cashmere IPA from Wasted Degrees brewing - picked this up at my daughters School Christmas fair.
I’m not entirely convinced by either the colour or the flavour - seems a bit oxidised this one.

[Broken Toe]

A kiwi pilnser from @pilgrimhudd. A lovely number. Poured with a heavy hand I'm afraid hence the haze. But there is a soft malt sweetness that starts you off with the tell tale hop profile to finish. Perfectly carbed and wonderfully easy to drink.

Can't wait to try the premium one next!

Sad to say I tipped away the previous glass, this is a lot better. Bright hops and much more bitter than expected but still works. This degree of haze is a bit unusual but it is double dry hopped so I guess to be expected.

Sadly I think both are a bit oxidised, the first one really wasn't pleasant. A shame as they looked like they were a relatively new brewery outfit. You can't sell oxidised beer though. I wouldn't buy again I'm sorry to say.
