CML Irish Red Ale (6.2%)
Every now and then I make a beer which just works, and this is one of them it’s rich boozy and just all round a joy to drink. Cheers and Happy Friday
Definitely not “pale”.Cashmere IPA from Wasted Degrees brewing - picked this up at my daughters School Christmas fair.
I’m not entirely convinced by either the colour or the flavour - seems a bit oxidised this one.

Hmmm, still not very pale.Sad to say I tipped away the previous glass, this is a lot better. Bright hops and much more bitter than expected but still works. This degree of haze is a bit unusual but it is double dry hopped so I guess to be expected.

Sadly I think both are a bit oxidised, the first one really wasn't pleasant. A shame as they looked like they were a relatively new brewery outfit. You can't sell oxidised beer though. I wouldn't buy again I'm sorry to say.Definitely not “pale”.
