Is anyone else using WHC Lax yeast ? If so what sort of attenuation are you getting?
I’ve tried it a couple of times now with an attenuation of about 70% which is well bellow the 76% plus predicted attenuation
My current brew has stalled at 1014 (OG 1044) predicted FG is 1010.
