Too cold and wet to keep going out and in so poured into a jug and that ended the keg. Clean up tomorrow and stout in on Sunday. That sets me up nicely to get another keg emptied by Sunday and need to brew again

I always assume there’s at least one more pint and when there isn’t I just look accusingly at my wife - the ONLY explanation surely!

That’s it, it’s finally kicked. Tomorrow I’ll fill the keg with the latest batch. I’m looking forward to trying the new batch.

I am in the process of brewing a pale ale to give out as presents for Christmas. Just trying my porter that scored 33 in last month's competition.
That's more than a fair score, the high carbonation makes it taste slightly thin. Really nice flavour, I might brew this again tomorrow night. With the correct carbonation I think this beer could of scored alot higher
