The Bitter I brewed hasn't fermented to plan.. really low attenuation from the Verdant yeast pack..sample tasted fine but way to sweet at 3.3% (1.015). So planning to transfer to my Brett conditioning keg, and will brew a Brett Saison next. Plan to transfer a 1-2 litres into the Bitter so hopefully we can get a Brett Belgian pale salvaged from it or Brett Amber Saison depending on the final finishing gravity in a few months.

Late afternoon/evening brew today.
Saison hopped with B Gold, Celia & Moteuka. Also had a some pink pepper corns and coriander. Yeast is the Lithuanian Farmhouse strain from Omega. 1.042 OG, planning to bottle 9 litres as it is, then add a Brett strain to the other 9 Litres. Will then add 1.5l to the 3.3% bitter keg so the diastaticus yeast and Brett can work some magic. I will bottle the rest as a Brett Saison.
