Also Kegged the latest Schwarzbier before brewing.finished at 1.011 for 5.3%. Happy with the initial flavours, will have a month of lagering at 1c now.

Kegged a traditional Belgian pale on Monday that finished at 1.010 for 4.7%.
Then brewed a Belgian Single, this one I used a dry yeast as wasn't very organised with sorting out Ardennes( used CML Belgian ale at the lower end of the temp range). This one had Brewers Gold and Mittlefrueh hot side, and will have a small dry hop of Mittlefrueh and Wakatu for a modern take on a Single. I used Wakatu in the Saison that I brewed for the Burning Sky comp so I'm happy with the way it plays with Belgian yeast and Euro hops should finish around 5.4% and around 50ibu.

Before my trip to Norfolk last week a kegged the Belgian Single that finished at 5.8%. there was a bit of yeast in suspension which was giving the sample a yeasty flavour which I'm sure will drop out over the next 2-4 weeks while it's cold conditioning..hops tasted good and finished at 85% attenuation so nice and dry.

Brewed a pilsner based on a Schonramer Pils recipe from Craft Beer and Brewing. I have brewed this beer before and really enjoyed it and scored well in comps so thought I would brew it again as I only had dry lager yeast and lallemand Farmhouse available. I had planned to brew American pale using a Citra & Columbus but didn't have time to build up a suitable yeast.
Hit all the numbers for the Pils and pitches WHC Einstein. Hops are Tradition & Mittlefrueh and should finish around 5.2%

Last week had some success for Second year running with american amber hopped with Nectaron, went one better with best of show which was my first

Kegged the pilsner today.. finished at 1.010 as planned and sample tasted good. 6 weeks lagering planned for this one

This afternoon brewed a WC pale, all numbers were hit and brew day went smoothly. WP of Crystal, Chinook & Idaho 7, dry hop will be Mosaic, Nelson & Columbus. Malts were pils, maris and 5 % Munich and yeast was Omega Kolsch 2. OG was 1.049 so should finish around 5.4%

Yes Dave, I just received 300 g of Pacific sunrise as the mystery hop from the malt miller. How did you get on with it, I have e never used them.

Hey mate, I have only used it once and liked it in a golden ale. This brew got a silver and bronze in 2 different comps this year,.

Brewed another hoppy Belgian pale this week also which I dry hopped today with Bobek & Motueka. Yeast was Lallemand Farmhouse, which started at 18.5c and after 4 days is now up to 22c. Should finish just under 5 % and around 45 ibu.

12 days ago I kegged my latest hoppy Belgian pale hopped with Bobek and Motueka, this time I used lallemand Farmhouse yeast, happy with the initial taster.

Latest brew last week was a New Zealand pilsner hopped with Wakatu, Motueka dry hop and H Blanc WP. Used two different MJ lager yeasts that I had from a comp win.

Had family commitments last weekend so ending do a midweek brew day . Brewed a White IPA for the second time..hops were Motueka(favourite hop at the moment), Cashmere & madarina B. I added some Coriander and orange peel to the WP so I'm hoping this citrus/herbal hop combo should complement. Yeast was Wyeast 3942 Belgian Wheat which I built up from frozen stock. With the high amounts of flaked wheat and flaked oats I used a BIAB bag in my brewzilla and did a batch sparge using my picnic box to avoid any slow sparging. Couple of points under but easy brew day using this method. Yeast was obviously healthy as pretty much done after 3 days .

Currently brewing a best bitter with Endeavour and Target hops and using a packet of Verdant yeast. Pre boil numbers were spot on so hoping it should finish at the target abv of around 4.2-4.44%
