Nice colour thatTesting my Hoppy Amber. Only 8 days in the keg so not clear enough. Definite old school West Coast hop vibe. Should be decent, I think.
The resinous quality I was after is almost there, but not how I had in my head/tastebuds. Will have to review hops and when they are added in the process
