It’s soo good. I forgot just how nice it was. Tonnes of fruit and no burn at all. Must get a few more of the Iberian series.

The steaks were from SuperValu carn. €15 for the big one 1.2kg and €8 for the other 800g. Best steaks in the country

They got to breathe for a few hours on the windowsill then I cooked them and gave them a pimms and a *** for 20 mins then sliced them up

The Speyburn was a bit pricey, very nice overall, but I had no idea it would pale in comparison to the Ben Bracken, £18 from Lidl! I do love an Islay, smoky and malty all at once, delightful dram.

Testing my Hoppy Amber. Only 8 days in the keg so not clear enough. Definite old school West Coast hop vibe. Should be decent, I think.

The resinous quality I was after is almost there, but not how I had in my head/tastebuds. Will have to review hops and when they are added in the process

My saison that's been sitting in the all rounder for month's on the yeast. Basically a big batch bottle conditioned. Tastes nice so that's all that matters

Another brew from @Stu's Brews .
Oatmeal stout this one, I don't know alot about this style but a very tasty beer and I'm enjoying it lots..good job lovely dark chocolate and dark fruits ..
