I was drinking my own pale ale but have now moved onto the Port course.
We’ve brought a load of cheese n crackers and forgot the port
enjoy.

More of the same, this Spirit of Kent needs to be finished.
Probably tomorrow by the lack of weight in the cask.
Malted but it was the last of a pre milled bag and was very fine.

Always comes out fine, keep swearing off using it but can never say never.
Catch-up on yesterday,

Knocked the cask and it slipped whilst pouring. Not a looker!
Went to open wine for SWMBO'D, and when I'd come back it had all but settled out in the glass.
So I drank it carefully, tasted fine!
Red wine - Lidl's best Chianti, a bit of age but went well with "Spanish cutlets",
that's lamb chop, chipolatas in reduced tomatoes garlic, onion etc.
(for fresh liver, the Chianti needs to be fresh and young!)

Just back from Slovenia. This hoppy red ale went down a treat.
A berry cider for the better half and a Entelea for me.
Paper Room now, we’ve got a 6.5km walk back at this rate it’ll end up as 13km stagger 
Popped next door a Brooklyn for her and a Bright IPA for me. Ordered a Pizza to soak it up.
Lovely beer for a lovely day
I’m starting a bit later today because we drank a lot of beer yesterday, our friends didn’t leave until gone 2. This is a glass of my Czech lager, beautiful and very cold - just the ticket in this heat.

Am I just a grumpy old bloke or is nothing quite what it was? I know this has only gone down point 5 % but it does not taste as good as it did or is it me?
