Just bought the hazy IPA kit. Brew day on Friday so it can ferment while we're on holiday. Should be ready for the second batch of dry hops as we get backI brewed muntons flagship west coast ipa and the hazy ipa yesterday. All went well besides the tin opener breaking. Both in the brew fridge bubbling away this morning.

90minute mash, 150 minute boil
87% Belgian pilsner
6.5% Belgian diastatic amber(60ebc)
6.5% Dark Candi Rocks (450ebc)

OG came in...well we think about 1.137, the hydrometer doesn't read that high
