What are you drinking tonight.

Absolutely wonderful beer, possibly my favourite sour
I thought it was you who mentioned it recently. Had to check if it was that it the Hassens I'd already drank. I was pleased to find I still had the Girardin and that it was the black label. I can see why it's your favourite, it is probably mine too from the small experience I have.

My stocks are dwindling..the saison is carbing while the wheat is taking longer than expected to finish...the brew fridge has an American pale in it. I picked up a Deuchars IPA and a tribute in the supermarket and now more of the Exmoor gold. Jalfrezi tonight BIR style... Thunderbirds are go....

The red label kriek is also very good if you can get it.

my Ron Pattinson 1864 Lovibond XB. I think I've said this before, but its picked up an annoying taint from the barrel. The hot weather prevented me bottling this one, which is a shame, as it is improving, but the barrel isn't holding pressure as well (very very slow leak from tap) so I'm supping it as it is.

Chimay Blue. It appears my local Tesco is about to stop carrying it and is selling it off for £1.40 a bottle!

It was my 50th today, so shared a few of bottles of fizz, before making our way through a box of mixed Brew Dogs and some other mixed bottles, feeling quite chilled now. :beer1:

A homebrewed Citra & Apollo pale ale for starters and a Duvel for dessert.

The pale is my first time using a corny keg and I'm a convert.

Haha, look like you know how to make a curry too.... Nice pan of gravy and pre cooked chicken there.
Been at the curry game years, learning to make my own brews now to wash it down with... With you good gent's help of course.

More from my keg of Simply Grapefruit. The finings have really done the business on this one. It really couldn't be clearer and I get no loss of flavour.

No homebrew left again (really need to get my scheduling sorted out) so am drinking stuff left over from our engagement party a couple of weeks ago.

So it's Stella.

Ye gads, what the freak happened to this? When I was in my teens (the 1980's) it was a half decent lager. This is absolutely dreadful.

Unbelievable. Still, it needs using up so I'll plough through it.

Know the feeling jjsh - Stella is gut rot! I'm getting perilously near the end of my St Stevens 'Ruby Red' ..... and every pint gets better .... in fact all were crackers.

Fortunately the Woodfordes 'Wherry' is nearly ready to attack, the Courage is ready to condition, and ...... I bunged thirty odd pints of Woodfordes 'Admirals Reserve' in the FV today!

As the evenings draw-in 'Brew Starvation' and the absence of liqour-mortis is an ever-present risk ...... get brewing Son!!!

Tonight one of my #31's. A failed brew, as in everything went well apart from the taste. Maybe I just don't like Amarillo ._.
Oh well, just a few more liters to go. #32 en #34 are waiting in conditioning, and #34 is ready for secondary&dryhop next weekend.
