Beer engine with corny setup questions

8mm hose fits beautifully into a party tap.
Add to that a sparkler and all I need to do is estimate the pressure excerted by a hand pump....

I suppose I could work that out for you by attaching a pressure gauge to the end of the nozzle, however that could fill the gauge with water or beer. Any ideas? I don't have a closed isolated pressure gauge. Might be easier to experiment with nozzles.

That's sort of where I got to. That and the 5/8 bsb thread (on the spout this time) becomes alarming again.
