A Belgian dark beer after a very nice meal and some wine out with my wife. A whiskey infused beer but the whiskey is not that evident saying that it’s a lovely beer. 11.7% and it is as smooth as silk.

Watching the outlaw josey Wales for the 20th time I thought I'd tuck into @Stu's Brews ipa.

Nicely carbed, decent head.
Copper colour slightly hazy.
Lovely aroma, sort of haribo.
Taste, as aroma, bitterness comes through, slight sweetness, medium bodied.

Overall, I'd guess this has mosiac in it, it's not my favourite, however this might have changed my opinion slightly. Really nice. Thanks again!

Glad you enjoyed it! Not actually got any Mosaic in it, it's Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy. To my tastes the passion fruit notes from the Galaxy are what really dominate the aroma and flavour.

Just bottled my oatmeal stout which I am hoping will be decent sadly I‘m still keeping to Dry January so instead of my normal post bottling beer, it’s a post bottling Alcohol free larger, well it’s cold and bitter and not too bad really just two and a bit weeks to go.

Been bottling today too. Wilko first gold ipa dry hopped with cml tropical England. Had some of that Stella alcohol free last week when I was designated driver. I quite liked it, and I don't like regular Stella at all.
