Northern Monk Holy Faith

Continuing with Dry January I am on Northern Monk‘s nonalcoholic beer tonight a hazy pale ale, hoped with Citra, El Dorado, and Simcoe. It’s almost there the hop flavour is good but the problem is that it lacks the ‘backbone’ of an actual hazy pale ale, with a somewhat thin taste.

Absolutely amazing and flavoursome beer, it's the first beer that I've rated 5 on Untappd since Rochefort 10 so it's a belter.

This one was originally the David Heath porter with possibly some small adjustments from memory. Brewed it once before and enjoyed it so decided to brew again. More session strength, alot lighter than the export brown porter.

My first ever wheel 'build' and the Stout that I finished with it.
Very smooth and roasty.

Which was incredibly fruity with Citra, Mosaic hops and Yuzu fruit juice (a small ugly but tasty SE Asian citrus fruit). BBE 11.05.22.

Which is big-time Sabro hops.
Rich, tangerine and coconut flavours.
Well that's what it says on the can, who am I to disagree?
