The Munich bitter, it's getting a bit too raisiny for me. No more caramunich for bitters.

This is the best brew I have ever made APA, I am now a convert to temp control, the hops combine perfectly with bitterness it is so subtle and a pleasure to drink

Just done a couple of hours banging in fence posts so time for a cheeky 330ml of Grisette, 4.2 % Abv. Don't know if it tastes like the real thing but as it is it's quite pleasant.

That Harbour? Think I've had my best and worst beers this year from them, their hazy pale is very good, but had an ipa which was dreadful.

No great. I think I must have mashed too low as its turned out a bit thin despite using The Firm (Windsor).

It actually tastes like a 1980s pub keg mild!

A day in the bush today, nice autumn day of 23 C , the smell of eucalypt in the air and a few hours fishing. Fishing in my brewing water again. Very tranquil place and only 40 minutes from where I live. A nice bag of roach after the wind subsided. Back home and a ordinary bitter before dinner. What can be better than that. Wouldn't be dead for quids.
