Subtle but noticeable
The coconut has no impact on the beer at all. Any time I have tried it kills the head, it's very subtle and has to be at the correct temp to get the full flavourYou should do the tour and ask the question to rick. He’s a decent bloke
What's your thoughts on this beer. Has the honey made it through at all. A friend keeps bee's and I buy honey of him. I have been thinking on how I could use it.Almost forgot to post, final beer of the night.

It's really nice. Honey is subtle. Won the monthly comp so must be half decentWhat's your thoughts on this beer. Has the honey made it through at all. A friend keeps bee's and I buy honey of him. I have been thinking on how I could use it.
A celebration ale with sorachi ace and ekuanot from sainsburys 7.9% and £4 for 750ml and it’s a very smooth tasty beer. My smell and taste are slightly off with the flu that’s doing the rounds but the lemon comes through nicely. It says brewed and bottled in France so no idea who the brewer is View attachment 92662
I had thought that. I believe I seen it down here for sale but in a different bottleTis made by Les Brasseurs de Gayant, the makers of La Goudale.
Bloody brexit ehI had one the other night,£3 here. I thought it was OK and really got some "herbal" stuff coming through....but that made me think of bubble bath!
No doubting about the quality of the beer. Just trying to think of a style that would allow the honey to be noticeable. He produces two types spring honey and heather honey. The heather being the more expensive of the two. It's really nice. Honey is subtle. Won the monthly comp so must be half decent
