Hopefully H I shall join you later...although my HB supplies are at ground zero and I've nothing in the FVs...I do have about 50kg of malt in stock,2kg of hops and about 15pks of yeast so "I'm preparing "...
 
You know its going to be a good weekend when 6 of these bad boys arrive.

After several dry days this Spitfire tastes like nectar! I wonder whether anyone has a recipe for something similar? I have found a recipe on here which looks a bit complicated but something similar to the real thing (with particular reference to which hops and at what rate) would be fine.

Joining @dave_77 In the lagers. This one is my German pilsner. Keg kicked just at the right point. Got another keg outside so I can change that tomorrow
I'm continuing the lager theme now with my Italian Pils....I'm sure there is sulphur on the nose when it's first in the glass and then it goes after a few minutes

Joining you with your Italian pils. Got some sulphur on the foam. But nothing after that first hit. Nice and refreshing with a spicy aroma and flavour
 
Next up...a glass of my terrible, horrible low alcohol pale Ale. Full of tannins and astringent. Just about passable when mixed 50:50 with lemonade.
