Next up, a dry hopped cider from @phildo79.
This is class. The cider is bone dry and the apple flavour sits really well with the hops. Mrs70 is quite taken by it too, I can see her putting an order in for a summer keg.

Back to the Chevallier bitter, I am not sure about this one. However I keep coming back so I guess it can't be that bad. It's only 14 days old so I guess I should probably learn some patience.

Anyway I think I have my next experiment, I am going to use my root shoot English pale ale malt and do the same recipe against the chevallier.

Not feeling at my best today. This old house sometimes gets me down a bit. We had to replace a light in the bathroom and discovered the wiring was all grey ie not colour coded. The multimeter didn’t help either other than show which was live. After taking the switch apart we discovered that not only was the earth wired common to neutral, but the circuit for the light was using the earth wire fir the circuit!
I am now drowning my sorrows in trying a new brewery an a very smooth light citrus hazy IPA.

Don't stress Doc...tomorrow it'll just be one of those things...I used to stress...now I really don't give a flying f@#£! Trust me...it don't matter...get someone in to fix it if you need to but otherwise...put it into the "whatever" box.
I know these things.
