My taste in beer has changed alot. I am just not liking the style anymore. Cloying , it doesn't even taste like beer. I much prefer a west coast IPA.

I'm with you..I bought a 4 pack of hop skip & juice for a get together. I don't think it's particularly juicy and soft compared to some but I struggled to drink more than 2.cans..4th is still sitting in the fridge..not bitter enough.

Found out today there is a SN website in UK that has more of their range. Saw a Pale Bock that was just released

A couple of glasses of @Clint ‘s Pipster Pale now because I wanted something a bit more hoppy. The hops in this beer are complementary and the beer has a nice balance. It’s also clean tasting and cold so what’s not to love?

Hi Samale, link to the recipe sheet below. I can’t now remember if I made any changes to @Clint ‘s recipe but I think it’s pretty true to the original.

Yeah,looks about right H. Think I may have used Maris otter for the base and even lager malt when I run out once. The golden promise can only be an improvement.

Siren Times Ten Helles.

Clearer than it looks, albeit not crystal - glass is very condensed and I'm not a great photographer.

Nice soft mouthfeel, crisp finish, and some subtle lemon and floral notes from the hops. Very refreshing and drinkable.
