We’re practising for download in a few weeks. The son bought us a ticket in 2019 and it’s been cancelled every year up to now, but looks like we can go this year.

We’re arguing over whether we should go see Steel Panther or Biffy Clyro, as they’re on different stages at the same time! How inconvenient!

Have tried a few beers from this brewery over the last week or so but none have really hit the spot for me.

Two towns down Dancing in the dark Stout......this was superb.

And to finish, Tempest Brewing Co. Mexicake Chile and Chocolate Imperial Stout. At 10% this is a slow sipper with some well judged chilli heat. Got this and some of the other Scottish beers I’ve been enjoying this week from the excellent Oban Beer Seller ........ hopefully will have time for a re-stock there tomorrow.

Bottled conditioned. I batch primed in a purged keg and filled off that.

perfectly carbonated as per style (ahem)

Lovely creamy head that sits on top lovely malt forward taste with chocolate and caramel finish. A very moorish beer and at 7.5% a nice alcohol finish.
