Trying my Stout from December. Head dissipated a little quick but otherwise happy with it. Fairly easy drinking too

It doesn't taste strong at all, I suppose that was the problem. All in the name of research.

I'm hunting beer brewed with Ernest. First beer was No frills Joe pale, brewed a golden ale with the hop and now found this one from Kernel. I think it's a great hop for a pale beer..think it would even be nice with a little dry hop in a Lager or Saison. This is really nice to at 5.5% , nice and hoppy by English standards

nice and hoppy by English standards

It's surprising how little hop taste there is in a lot of the classic ales. Just had a bottle of Hopping Hare from Badger, from the name you would expect a lot of hops but it was almost undectable and pretty bland honestly
