It's a great pint but more than 2 and your world starts to go up side down. It was 3.49 in Wetherspoons, a very cheap way to have a cracking afternoon nap.

Starting with a left-over beer from yesterday. I don’t think I’ve had this one before. It’s not bad at all and hides it’s 7% ABV very nicely.

As an aside, I used to work four, ten-hour shifts. Not a bad situation. But after doing it, I noticed productivity goes down after about eight no matter how well-fed I was, properly exercised or full amount of sleep. I do like to go-go-go at work but noticed mistakes seeping in after a certain amount of time.

I'm hunting beer brewed with Ernest. First beer was No frills Joe pale, brewed a golden ale with the hop and now found this one from Kernel. I think it's a great hop for a pale beer..think it would even be nice with a little dry hop in a Lager or Saison. This is really nice to at 5.5% , nice and hoppy by English standards

Just noticed this Dave, took out my Ernest/Bramling x dry hop from the Pale that's in the FV, it was very citrusy, very much like when i've brewed big American hopped beer, really looking forward to it. I'll get one in the post if it's any good. It'll be another month yet though I guess.

On the bright side, the recirculation arm makes an awesome whirlpool! You can see the vortex all the way down into the hole!
