I love San Diego Super. My current culture is on its 3rd generation and will tucking in to either a Two Hearted or Pliny clone next. Both of those are going to need a 2-step starter.
Haven’t decided which one to brew first, but Pliny has the edge at the minute.

I am going Amarillo, Simcoe and Citra

Last up, a quad. It’s simply glorious, all spicy dark caramel malt with very little roasted character apparent. Like Christmas cake. Yum.

My Red/Brown Ale brewed on the 22 of Jan so 9 days young now, followed a couple of these with a Bishops Finger, though the ales I had before were only 28 IBU, the Bishops Finger tasted cloyingly sweet, struggled to drink it.

After one of my kegs of bitter kicked last night I put the dark mild back on tap. Having a pint now as I prepare dinner for us and a couple of teenage grand-children. Very nice!

Cottage pie prepped and now in the oven, kids love a cottage pie so it’s easy to spoil them . Now a bit of me time with this fine looking pint of dark mild.

Drinking my Milk Chocolate Orange Stout, trouble is I can’t taste the Orange, not sure why as there was the peel of 5 large oranges, perhaps I didn’t leave it in long enough, also looses its head quite quickly. Saying that it’s the best Stout I’ve brewed… Because the other one was awful

Trying my Belgian Dubbel, sort of regretting kegging this. I think I prefer certain styles in the bottle. This needs time plus it's way to cold

This looks like a hazy pale but as soon as you taste it you know it's not. Really firm bitterness with big hits of Citra. Great colour

Cool, glad you like. That was is more along the style guidelines of a Belgian pale rather than a pale hoppy type . Nice for a change..
