Tonight's starters and continuation.
As a preprandial, my Dortmunder Bier (as my 2nd Pilsner attempt, salts profile turned out to be),
and SWMBO's, is our dinner wine that good ol' Kiwi, The Ned Sav. Blanc.
Fruity and dry. A good one this.
And as I have good host manners, her's had to be checked before being serving to someone else, obs.
From my own glass I might add.
The Bier?
I lied the other day, it is fuller flavoured if it doesn't have any top up water added at bottling.
I blame it on memory fade.

We found a fantastic beer shop in Edinburgh

Lovely gentle spices and banana esters in a rich dark, but not overly sweet beer. I don't have the regular one to compare it with, but this is delightful.

Edit. Oh yeah... That's a beer that sends you straight to sleep!
Must look out for that one tomorrow 👍

Snap. Just cracked a bottle of this. Good night!

Finally sat down for a birthday beer or 2. Out since early this morning. The lad had academy football in Swansea so we stayed on to watch the seniors. Indian on the way home. Just sat down in time to watch the end of the French game.

Couple of pilsner. Still got the gas high to get the carb up.

Totally enjoying Tenby brewing companys beers. The harbwr tenbys other brewery to more traditional ales but they are thin and watery in comparison to tenbys
