In the meantime Mrs Clint has tasked me to make her Pina Coladas!!! So detour to supermarket on the way back..Bacardi,pineapple juice,coconut cream and I got a pineapple...so,any recipe tips from my fellow drinkers??

I don’t know about you but I’m about ready for a beer. Starting tonight with an English Bitter, my Magnum Opus. Still a bit hazy at the moment.

Another English Bitter but not one of mine. Someone sent me a clone but I couldn’t remember what the genuine article tasted like so I popped into Sainsburys. It seems be be lighter bodied than I remember.
