Paid a man €40 to cut it on Friday. It was cut long

Nothing yet...been at the coast all day so ready for a few beers.
In the meantime Mrs Clint has tasked me to make her Pina Coladas!!! So detour to supermarket on the way back..Bacardi,pineapple juice,coconut cream and I got a pineapple...so,any recipe tips from my fellow drinkers??

Just chuck it all in a blender with some lime juice and some coconut milk and a load of ice cubes.
Give it to the missus and have a beer.

Started with a great lager from Saint Mars Of The Desert.

Her's is the Hansa lager on the keft.
Mine is the IPA on the right, turns out to be a Ginger IPA.
It was gingery.
I won't be doing that again.

Now on to a second try of my latest Saison. First bottle I tried carbonation was low so moved them to a warmer room..sorted ! Much better carbonation and coming good now.

Much more to my taste - a pale ale by 7Fjells brewery Bergen called Badebrygg only available at the Dr. Wiesener restaurant bar in Bryggen.
From the fresh Citra/Mosaic mould.
Good prawn and cod dishes had here too.
Busy with local clientele always a good sign.

This is nice balanced pale...not super hoppy but nice flavours from the cascade. I preferred the Centennial beer from the range but this is a nice easy drinker

Been a while but having a nice citrus wheat ale and a Boddington's. I enjoyed both of them thoroughly. The wheat ale had a nice citrus/grapefruit bite and finished super clean. The Bodds had a nice malty profile and did in fact have that nice creamy head and was very enjoyable as well.
