Possibly the 10% melanoiden, I settled using only 3-4% melanoiden at most, it always seemed quite potent too me. It's been a couple years since I have used it though. I can't imagine it's the caravienna. I think Belgian aromatic was about 10% too?What you think..my notes said a little malt fruity. What do you think caused it from these grains. This was a Czech amber
The other thing might be the late addition saaz? I wasn't sure about the hop additions in the alt, but saaz can be fruity too.
