Brew day finished looking forward to the next one. I will be trying to improve on my Guinness clone, which I am drinking tonight. Next time will be adding 2 litres of sour beer and increasing the IBU's and will be using Target as the bittering hop.
So going to slowly deplete the current Guinness clone which I am drinking tonight. And I can just taste the sour addition so hopefully 2 litres of sour beer out of 21 litres may just cut it.
