The weird bit is that the Coopers English Bitter, that has shared the same CO2 branch line since the accident, still delivers a normal head! I think (Hope?) that there is a NRV between them!

I’m ever so pleased with this so far. Still quite young and needs more fizz but deffo got promise.

Day 3 and I’m pining for an English Bitter. They are not so common in Cyprus though I have seen the odd John Smiths around. Right now that might just do the job! I did manage to pick up a bottle of Newcastle Brown along with a few other, mostly dark, beers.
