I usually find hops are too strong when I brew IPA under pressure, so I want to reduce the time for the hops. The instructions says leave hops for 5 days, and I did 2 days fermenting and then 3 days crushing with Festival American IPA, and again ale had too much hops
I wonder if I put the hops and immediately put the brew for 3 days to crush? I want to reduce the taste of hops, but not completely eliminate. Or I had better reduce the dosage of hops and continue doing as I do now, I.e. leave for 2 days fermenting and then 3 days crushing?
