Helicopter and last nights catch.
Actually they had a professional brewer go through a tasting of 3 porters, one of them was from the only pub with casks I frequent here. It seems like the trend is away from hazy IPAs and is heading back to more traditional varieties. A lot of "craft" lagers are popping up, which is pretty silly but menus are much more varied these days which is always welcome.What are they into, is it all American beers or do they branch out. Unfortunately the home scene in Derry is very limited. Apart from the boarder hoping Donegal man

The hubby is having a grueller as he’s boiling his beer in the GF and trying the warm up the BZ at the same time to sous vide some steak. The sockets have other ideas though. Oh dear!

Left Mrs Clint in the holiday accommodation guarding the dogs. At the pub with my two boys...youngest is 16 today and the biggun turned 18 last month...how the years have flown.
Beer is Brooklyn "lager"...which is OK.. they have St. Austell Korev lager and Hobgoblin on too..plus the usual pish. Downside is the eldest now would like a proper drink but doesn't like beer very much so is drinking Captain Morgan and Coke...
